Can I order by phone?

No, at this time we do not offer phone ordering.  If you are having problems with ordering online please send us an email at support@lillianaerin.com.  


How do I place my order? 

We offer a very simple, quick and easy shopping cart.  When you have finished shopping and are ready to check out simply go to VIEW CART/CHECKOUT in the navigation panel.  This will take you to your shopping cart where you can view all of the items and double check your personalized items one more time! 


 Do I have to pay sales tax? 

If you live in the state of Ohio, sales tax will be collected at check out. 


What type of bulk discounts do you offer? 

You will have to refer to each item and view the discounts based on quantity ordered. 

 

How is shipping calculated? 

Shipping is calculated by weight of each item and may vary for each manufacturer.  Lillian Aerin offers a large product range and with some items being personalized and or having longer production time than others you may receive your item in several shipments. After you select your state for tax you will see a button that says calculate shipping. 

 If you have any questions on shipping or need an ordered RUSH please contact us via email before placing your order.  We will help you with you place your RUSH order! Additional fees will be added on RUSH orders.

 

Do you offer a catalog?

All of our products are available online and can be viewed 24 hours a day!  Currently we do not have a print catalog copy to mail you! 

 

Changing or canceling an order?

Due to the fact that we ship orders so quickly we recommend that if you catch a mistake or decide to cancel your order that you send us an email to support@lillianaerin.com .  If it's after 24 hours it's more than likely that your order has been processed and is scheduled to ship!  If it's a personalized product it is all ready been submitted for processing and can not be canceled!  Remember personalized items can not be returned!  Of course unless it's a printing error on our end! 


Refunds- A refund will be issued if an item that has been ordered has been discontinued.  We do our best to keep up the website current but there are times when a product may have been discontinued but is still active on our website.  You will receive a full refund and a coupon code good on your next purchase. 


Return Policy: 

Due to a large number of our items being personalized the following items can not be returned.  Please double check your order for spelling before placing your order.  All items will be personalized as requested on the original order.  If you catch a mistake after you place your order please send us an email immediately at support@lillianaerin.com.  If you find the mistake after 24 hours let us know and we will do our best to correct the error but after 24 hours we can not guarantee your order has already not been processed.

Favor Returns:

You can return most anything within 30 days – for any reason! We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchases, but we understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary. So, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following easy return policy:

First, please request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 30 days of receipt of shipment by emailing support@lillianaerin.com. Please specify whether it’s a refund or replacement, the reason for the return or refund, the number of items that  need to be replaced and the amount if it is a refund. Your request will be reviewed within 24 business hours. Please note that all returns must be received within 30 days from the shipment date.  No items will be refunded or returned after the 30 days.  

For your protection, please use a trackable shipping company such as, FedEx or UPS.  Your tracking number is your receipt that you've returned the package to our warehouse.  If you do not use a tracking shipping company and we do not receive the return, we are not responsible for any credit or loss of the shipment. 

As added insurance we recommend you insure your package in case of damaged delivery.  We will not refund any package that is damaged when received by our warehouse.  Please do not return partial items as you will not receive partial refund.  All items being returned must be in there original packaging and be unopened. 

Customer is responsible for all returned shipping costs.  Lillian Aerin & Co. is not responsible for any shipping fees for returned items.
